STEM Spotlight: Dr. Kellie Jurado, PhD

Dr. Kellie Jurado, is a Havard trained PhD Virologist. Currently as a bench research scientist, she is working to understand exactly how the Zika virus, a disease transmitted by mosquitos that can cause birth defects, affects the brain and how the immune system fits into this process.
