We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you did not, we are commited to providing excellent customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return ( we do not supply a return label) gently used products (1/3 or less of the product used) custom boxes and kit cards within 30 days of receiving to:

Original shipping a handling will not be refunded.
Once your package is delivered, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number letting us know. Refunds will be issued 2-5 days after you email us.
Any products received after 30 days from delivery will not receive a refund. If most of the product is used you will not receive a refund.
(The only exception are our hats/caps, massagers or cloth bags. Because of sanitary reasons all sales of these items are FINAL. We do not accept returns on these items.)
If your items are damaged you must email us at email@example.com 24 hours after products have been delivered. The email must contain pictures of the damage. We will issue you a store credit refund or re-send what you ordered.
