Returns Policy
We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you did not, we are committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction.
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return gently used products ( 1/3 or less of the product used) custom boxes and kit cards within 10 business days of receiving to:

(The only exception are our hats/caps, massagers or cloth bags. Because of sanitary reasons all sales of these items are FINAL. We do not accept returns on these items.)
If your items are damaged you must email us at hello@alodiahaircare.com 24 hours after products have been delivered. The email must contain pictures of the damage. We will send you a return label so that items are returned to us. We can either send you replacement products or issue a refund. ( Refunds will not include shipping).
Be sure to include your invoice with information about your returned item. It is recommended to write down your delivery tracking number and let us know when its been delivered to us to receive your refund in a timely manner, Please allow 5 -7 days for delivery and 5-7 business days to process the return.
