Today’s topic is on vitamins and supplements for hair growth. Should you take them and do they work?

My quick answer is no. I don’t usually recommend them, because 9 times out of 10 you are urinating them out. So basically you're just urinating out all of the money you're spending. And, vitamins aren’t specific enough for what YOUR body actually needs.
